How to Use the WeatherMate™ Forecast Display
1. Powering the Device
Connect the display unit to a power source using the included USB cable.
2. Setting Up the Sensor
Place the outdoor sensor in a shaded, sheltered area for accurate temperature and humidity readings.
Ensure the sensor is placed within 60 metres range of the main display unit for stable connectivity.
3. Adjusting Settings
Use the control buttons on the display to set the time, date, alarm, and preferred measurement units.
Adjust the backlight settings (Advanced Version) for better visibility in different lighting conditions.
4. Understanding the Display
The screen will show indoor and outdoor temperatures, humidity levels, and weather forecasts.
(Advanced Version) Additional features include barometric pressure trends, moon phase display, and calendar functions.
5. Optimizing Performance
Keep the sensor and display unit away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or moisture for the most accurate readings.
For best results, ensure the sensor and display unit maintain a strong wireless connection.
